Wilmington has a ton of options when it comes to exercise, in fact I have been a personal trainer for over 12 years and have seen and heard everything. In 2008 I converted all of my personal training over to fitness boot camps and life has never been the same for me or my clients. The overall health and weight loss results have been phenomenal!
