Boot Camp Fitness & Weight Loss Toolbox

2

Over the last several weeks we have had some great workouts and have seen some awesome results with weight loss, improvements in fitness etc.

During this time I have given a lot of information about nutrition, caloric needs and the types of foods to eat. You also received a sample handout of when to eat and how to time your meals for best results.

Just in case you don’t have all of the materials I wanted to include them here in one place. These resources can serve as your Boot Camp Get Fit and Toned Toolbox.Wilmington NC Fitness Boot Camp Weight Loss Toolbox

Hi Monty- The workouts the last couple of weeks have been great. I have more energy than I have had in many months and its motivated me to be active outside of the classes. This is the only exercise I’ve ever looked forward to!
